This is not representative of any particular organization or group at this time, but just a page to serve as an index and informational site for those interested in Nudism, Naturism and Clothing-Optional opportunities in Ohio. This site is meant to supplement some other good sites assembled by other Ohio nudists and naturists.

Nudism in Ohio
Ohio has more nudist resorts than one might expect. Although Ohio is thought of as a conservative, sometimes boring state, we have several nudist/naturist resorts. Ohio laws regarding nudity are reasonable (compared with some other states). In the history of American nudism, Ohio has played it's part. Though not as popular as in California or Florida, Ohio nudism has found reasonable tolerance in secluded resorts, groups and private settings.

What is Nudism/Naturism?
Though the terms are often used interchangeably, some make a disinction when discussing the two. Basically, both nudists and naturists believe being nude is healthy, good and pleasant. Naturists may have a more nature-based philosophy - that it is more natural to be nude, that nudism makes one feel more natural or to get closer or "to become one with" nature. The Future
The future is bound to bring more nude opportunities to Ohio and other states, as the internet helps nudists communicate, find groups, and develop locations. We will update this site as we get word of new groups, locations, websites or any relevant news to nudists.
