Why be nude more?
There are many reasons to be nude when you can. We could probably write a book on it, but for now, we’ll summarize some of the reasons below.
- Very comfortable (air temperature permitting).
- Nudity is relaxing and stress-relieving, which is healthy for the body and mind. Yoga can be even more rewarding done nude.
- Moderate sunlight (U.V. light) exposure increases vitamin D intake and actually improves many aspects of skin health, discouraging fungal and bacterial infections. People with some skin diseases are even prescribed sunlight exposure. Nudity allows more exposure and gets sunlight to body areas normally neglected at say a “textile” beach.
- Nudity can improve the body image. America and indeed most developed countries suffer from all sort of unrealistic, confusing and harmful messages about what the human body “should” look like. Nudism allows one to get a “reality check”. Somehow being nude in front of others is great therapy, giving you new confidence and and acceptance of your own body.
- Nudism is a great, private protest against the run-amok framework of nudity in Western culture.
- Being nude stretches the mind. It’s been shown again and again, that doing unsual things seems to stimulate many areas of the brain. Perhaps nudism can make one more creative or even overall intelligent.
- Social nudism is an interesting and effective way to commuicate and bond with others. Scandanavian businessmen often invite associates to the nude sauna for the health benefits and some good conversation in a relaxing setting.
- Nudity brings you greater awareness of your body, which can lead to an improvement of health, and an appreciation of the state it is in, before you get any older!
- Nudism shows people can be nude with dignity. Unfortunately, the vast majority of nudity in Western society is without dignity. The human body should be considered more sacred and beautiful. Nudism is a way to enjoy nudity the highest level. We should be proud and pure while nude, not ashamed and dirty-feeling.

I believe this world would be a better place to live if we all were nudists. Sure, that might sound like a perfect world and not the real world. But, look how bad this “real” world has gotten. Why do people want this cruel world just because it’s real instead of changing it and making it a “perfect” world, the way it should be? Nude is not lewd! I’ve said this more times than I can count on so many websites. Now, I’m saying it here.
Having experienced public nudity for the first time in Stockholm ,Sweden at a public sauna and coming away feeling totally like a new person .I choose to find out about naturism when I returned to Britain.
That encounter changed my life and how I viewed nudity in general and although I sought to be more open in general with my parents and friends and share my experience it all fell on deaf ears.
Finally although I wished to participate in the natural state now I’m married my wife is totally against its concepts.I do not believe its possible to change anothers views unless they themselves are willing to try and in that way they will appreciate its wholsomeness.
I hope to make, to live love without taboo in public area.
it ’s very important for a best life , to exist the peace in the world.
