I introduced my wife to social nudity and it wasn’t that much of a task (I’d gone to nude beachs before). Nude around the home wasn’t that much of a big deal either. I think it comes down to perception and ultimately fear of the unknown.
We’d discussed going to a nude beach often and to help make it easier I found a magazine in the newsagent and suggested that she check out the internet and see if there was genuine info - not porn or voyeurism ( which was a task at first).
We found the info we needed and got a street directory of Sydney AU and arranged a day to go. In between planning and going the didn’t seem to be any hesitation.
So we got there (it was a week day and there wasn’t too many people there about 20 odd). Still no hesitation. The people there probably aged between 25 to 65 and there was a few more blokes than girls.
Knowing where we were going I hadn’t bothered with underwear, just shorts and a tshirt. So we walked along the beach and got a spot a bit further away from some of the crowd just incase there was a little shyness I quess you could say.
So we dropped the bags, got out the towles and before I had even got the shirt off my wife had taken the sun dress off and was giving me a “what are you still doing” she too had decided to skip the underwear or bikini as she was going to a nude beach.
I was a little surprised ofcourse I thought that there may have been a gradual from bikini to topless to possibly nude if she felt comfortable but not at all. So we slapped on some suncreams as the Australian sun can be a bit harsh and relaxed some, chated and read the newspaper.
Again to my surprise she stood up and started to walk off, I said where are you going - “It’s the beach im going for a swim”. I had thought that she would have just laid down or rolled over on her tummy and got some rays but she felt so comfortable just to walk up the beach (as we were near the rocks)in the nude on her own.
So we had planned to go for just a few hours - 2 or 3 but it was 6 hours later before we headed home.
Anyway we are both nudistsnow and love being in the nude as much as possible.

hello , i just wanted to say i rely injoyed reading your story about going to a nude beach. i think the last time i went was several years ago. i went with a close friend of mine since i do not drive. we arived early in the afternoon.we walked down to the beach and found a sacluded area . we both got undresed and just layed out in the sun for a while , then i got up and went for nice long walk. it was so nice to be able to just go for a walk in the nude. i ran in to a nice young couple who wher getting ready to go for a swimm, so i joined them and we had a great time .
i have never been to a nude beach or resort,there are no such places around where i live so i try to be nude as much as possible around home,i find it very relaxing and natural, my wife and her brother do not apear to mind me being nude although they do not practice nudism. Would love to hear from other like minded individuals.

Its my home, we use nudism.
We are 4 memebers in family, me, mom, dad and sister. Since childhood mymom never did compulsion to wear cloths, so nearly all time when home i walk around home without underwear.
Many of times same with my sister but sometimes she wears bra while on dining table.
my mom and dad sleep clothless.
Now i am 19, when it was my 15-17, i had erections many times and i became shy, because i was thinking that its bad to get erections. Those days my little sister was used to laugh lots on me. But since i became confortable on erections, there is no problem at home.
we all live happily and many times when some guests come home and wanna experience nudity, we enjoy their shyness.
What is so bad about getting an erection when you see a beautiful lady at a nude beach?? Most ladies will consider it a compliment.
